Dear Tom, and the Modica and O’Brien Families: I am sending all of you my sincere, heartfelt condolences in the loss of your beloved Jackie and your Mom. Jackie and I were “ Lifers “ in our Monday Knitting and Crocheting class and I always enjoyed Jackie’s company and her beautiful, loving spirit. Jackie’s presence will be deeply missed when we reconvene. I am truly so sorry for this traumatic, devastating loss. I will keep all of you lovingly in my prayers. May you continue to celebrate Jackie’s life and all the wonderful, warm memories you shared together. With Love, Respect, and Prayers, Cris Kostanoski
My Dear Ian, Ali, Rob & Tom & all of Jacki’s beloved Family
Jacki A/K/A Bestie would light up any room she entered. No matter what, she always had a smile (as evident in the video on this site) and Always knew the right thing to say to make anyone feel better. I have cards on display all over my house that she’s sent me thru the years. They are “my go to” when I need to smile. She was literally my life saver, making me an appt to go with her for a Mammo. My Bestie was my one person I knew would always tell me the truth even when I didn’t want to hear it. I know she’s up in Heaven with your Dad having a Tito Cosmo.
I wish I could ease your pain but I can’t. I’m sorry. Ali you were so right when you said that she went in Jacki’s style.
We loved each other unconditionally & I promise never ever to stop loving & thinking of her & all of you.
Jacki, Blondie (her name for my daughter) wants you to know that she loves you & misses you
I hope I can be even a little bit of the awesome Nana you were to my Grandson.
Bestie I miss you & will love you forever,
“Friends are Family We Find Aling the Way”
It was my pleasure getting to know Jackie since joining the Knitting and Crochet group around 5 years ago. She was always so pleasant and easy to be around. She will be missed by all in our group. May she Rest In Peace.
Jackie and I enjoyed taking this class and both of us loved to sit and chat and we never did complete a project. Her family meant everything to her and when she spoke of them her eyes would light up and we would giggle. Jackie was always fun, kind, gentle…

I had the privilege of meeting & knowing Jackie through our knitting/crochet class. She always had a smile on her face, especially when speaking about Tom & her family. I will always remember her smile & laugh. The picture presentation is a beautiful reminder & tribute to a life well lived. May she Rest In Peace & May all of you find comfort in your cherished memories. She will be missed❤️
Condolences to Tom and the family. May she rest in peace.
