Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of
my Poppy’s good friend Carl. Poppy spent the day
before his death with him, talking. He spoke
to him four hours before he passed. For that my
Poppy is forever grateful! Carl spent Christmas
2016 with us…. we were blessed to have him with us. I saw him at Home Depot on Father’s Day.
So glad I visited that day. Rest in peace Carl.
You will be missed! Love, Tara, Riche and Lil Richie Colasonno

  2. Carl and I both worked at Home Depot. I gained
a new friend the day he joined the electrical
department some 3 years ago. We shared many jokes,
laughs and good times, all while getting our job done. I was so excited that Carl spent Christmas
Day 2016 at my home with my family. My family
bonded immediately with him. Who wouldn’t? Carl
was an amazing man! When Carl called to tell me
he was in the hospital, I spent the next day by his bed just talking. The following morning I called to check in on him. He sounded good. My dear friend passed away just several hours later.
I will always treasure the memories we made. Carl
was a man I was so proud to call my friend. Rest
in Peace! I will miss you….. until I see you again!

    Love,
    Fran Schumeyer

  3. I was saddened by the news of Carl’s passing. I worked with Carl in Home Depot for 17 years. Carl was always a kind soul and would help anyone. Carl will be missed by everyone.

  4. Carl was a treasure. My son and I befriended Carl while shopping at home depot. We became friends and Carl was a light in my Son’s heart. Carl was so respectful to my son, Jeremy, who is autistic. That is all my son spoke about…this great guy at home depot. We saw him every time we went to home depot…my son made sure of that. It is my son’s home away from home. Carl always told me how so smart my son is. We will greatly miss him and only recently found out of his passing…we are both in shock and so heart broken. Rest in peace you sweet dear man…and thank you for your beautiful heart.
